A nanny background check is one of the most extensive types of checks you can run. We closely examine criminal records, the sex offender registry, and child abuse records. It's also a good idea to speak to the prospective nanny's past employers and review their driving record. We have developed a list of questions to ask every applicant that will help you achieve consitancy with multiple applicants. We suggest to our clients that they require all applicants to bring a resume or employment history for the last five to 15 years (depending on their age).
When the relationship between a child's parents ends, it does not mean that parental responsibility ends. Both parents remain financially, legally, and emotionally obligated to a child. Where there is a court order the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources' Bureau for Child Support Enforcement (BCSE) can help the person with primary custody caring for a child collect child support from the child's other parent(s). The BCSE can also help divorced individuals collect spousal support but often their efforts are hindered by various factors and payments are delayed or not made at all. We will help you document employment or the "Under the table" funds.
Some parents do not live up to their custodial, resposiblities. Let us assist you in gathering evidence you need to support or achieve your interest in becoming the primary custodial parent.
Limited physical surveillance is available. GPS Trackers are available and may be an option.
If you suspect that your spouse is cheating, we can assist in gathering the proof you want and document their activities.
We can assist with the acquistion and installation of Security Cameras. Both video and audio may be collected within legal guidelines.
All converstions are confidential. Please contact our office and someone will contact you as soon as possible.
